Connection Setup Guides

Shopify Store Connection

  1. Go to Connections → Marketplaces tab
  2. Click "Connect" on the Shopify card
  3. Enter your Shopify store URL (e.g., yourstore.myshopify.com)
  4. Click "Authorize" to grant permissions
  5. You'll be redirected back with a successful connection

Note: You'll need admin access to your Shopify store to complete this connection.

Amazon Seller Central Connection

  1. Go to Connections → Marketplaces tab
  2. Click "Connect" on the Amazon Seller Central card
  3. You'll need these credentials from Amazon Developer Portal:
    • Client ID - From your SP-API application
    • Client Secret - From your SP-API application
    • Refresh Token - Generated during authorization
  4. Enter credentials and click "Connect"
  5. Test the connection to verify it's working

Important: You must have an approved SP-API application in Amazon Developer Portal.

How long does it take to see data after connecting?

Most connections sync data within 5-10 minutes. Historical data may take up to 24 hours for complete synchronization.

Can I connect multiple Shopify stores?

Yes! Professional and Enterprise plans support multiple store connections. Each store will appear as a separate data source in your dashboard.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data remains secure and accessible for 30 days after cancellation. You can export all data during this period.

How accurate are the AI predictions?

Our AI models typically achieve 85-95% accuracy for demand forecasting, with accuracy improving as more historical data becomes available.
